フランスとドイツは、EUに援助計画の詳細を求めている

and are urging the European Union to be open to ideas when it announces a new multi-billion dollar economic aid plan Wednesday.
French President and German Chancellor wrote a joint newspaper report to be published Wednesday.

They state that the plan should be strong and coordinated among the twenty-seven members.

But, they say new budgetary rules must not be restricted from changes.

The two leaders also say a short-term plan is needed to bring back economic security.

The plan is expected to call on members to coordinate budgetary policies, also, to use a number of new measures, including a sales tax cut.

EUが数十億ドルの援助計画を水曜に発表するのをうけて、フランスとドイツは、EUに案を明らかにするように促している。

サルコジ仏大統領とメルケル独首相は共同で新聞記事を執筆し、水曜に掲載された。

彼らは、EU案は強気であり、同時に27の加盟国間でよく調整されていなければならないと述べた。

しかし彼らは、新しい予算の基準が変化により制限されてはならないと述べている。

二人のリーダーは、経済の安定を取り戻すためには短期案が必要だとも述べている。

その案は加盟国に対して、予算方針の調整や、消費税削減を含むたくさんの新しい方策を採り入れることを要請するだろうと予想されている。
